PinkPantheress lightens up the stage as Warner Music Group hosts star-studded 2026 pre-Grammy party
In keeping with tradition, the run-up to the 2026 edition of the Grammy Awards was kicked off yesterday, January 29, with the Pre-Grammy Awards Party hosted by the Warner Music Group in association with V Magazine and 1X. The event was remarkably star-studded and featured memorable performances, including an impressive roster of special guests. All in all, it is fair to say that the West Hollywood venue of the party was teeming with talent from all corners of the music industry.
PinkPantheress, who has been nominated for the Grammy Awards on two occasions, headlined the event as the prominent performer, alongside up-and-coming musical talents Remy Bond and Noga Erez. The evening also featured a set by Rocco Ritchie, Madonna's son. As is widely known, PinkPantheress has been nominated for two categories in the upcoming awards, viz., Best Dance / Electronic Album for her mixtape ‘Fancy That’ and Best Dance Recording for her track ‘Illegal’. The unique sound that PinkPantheress brings to the table has made her a force to be reckoned with in the world of electronic music.
On the other hand, New York native Bond has been at the epicentre of much fanfare after she was named as an artist to watch by Amazon Music, Rolling Stone, and InStyle. She is still basking in the glory of her EP ‘Backstage at the Tropicana’, which was recently released, and has also been named in the coveted 21 Under 21 list by Billboard. Bond has also concluded her first-ever world tour, endearing herself to audiences. Erez will be seen headlining this year's Coachella music festival. Ritchie is all set to release 'Confessions on a Dancefloor' later this year.
The other artists who performed during the evening were Linkin Park and Teddy Swims. The rest of the guest list included Camrus Johnson, Cara Delevingne, Caylee Cowan, Darren Criss, Dasha, Delilah Belle Hamlin, Diane Warren, Dixie D'Amelio, Elevator Boys, Ethan Gaskill, Evan Ross, Genesis Webb, Alemeda, Ari Fournier, August Getty, Benson Boone, Branden Cook, Breland, Greg Trimmer, Griff, Gunna, Hailey Clauson, Honey Bxby, Huddy, Isa Briones, KJ Apa, Marion Cotillard, Maya J'an, Micah McDonald, MNEK, Nessa Barrett, Omah Lay, Omar Apollo, Tefi Pessoa, Tiffany Stringer, Tim Zientek, Wayman Bannerman, Rachel Chinouriri, Rebecca Black, Rufus Wainwright, Saam Sultan, Scout Willis, Skai Jackson, Sonia Mena, Spencer House and Taras Romanov.
The venue of the party was a work of art in itself, with a futuristic disco aesthetic serving as the theme inspired by Warner Music's collaboration with 1X. The latter happen to be the pioneers in the world of AI robotics and have also come up with the world's first humanoid home robot known as NEO, with an eye towards home efficiency. During the course of the party, NEO served guests and danced alongside some of them in the photo booth. Johnnie Walker was the exclusive spirits partner for the night, alongside Cameron Diaz's Avalon Wine.
And of course, the 68th annual ceremony at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, which will air live on CBS at 8 pm ET on February 1 and stream on Paramount+, will take the cake when it comes to celebrations. After all, Sabrina Carpenter, who is up for six awards for her seventh studio album 'Man’s Best Friend', is set to perform for the second year in a row.
