Who is cast in ‘Divided by Design’ Season 2?
The show consists of the Jimenez couple for this season. Both are interior designers with their own designer firms.
They are always indulging in healthy competition but also feel happy for one another. They love to cheer each other and believe clients get together as they feel a personal connection.
Eilyn Jimenez:
She is a 34-year-old with her roots based in Cuba and life set in Miami. She studied in Costa Rica and majored in architecture.
The two first fell in love over Eilyn’s Shih Tzus. Eilyn wanted to be a lawyer growing up but she is happy wherever she is. Eilyn loves classiness combined with minimalism.
A touch of fun, and evolving as professionals is what keeps her going everyday. Eilyn reveals in an interview with HGTV that “As cliché as it may sound, Ray is my inspiration because of his drive and commitment to never accepting anything other than exactly what he wants.”
Eilyn also reveals that she had a habit of sleepwalking as a child. Eilyn’s life mantra is "Stay cool, calm and collected like a duck on the outside even if you’re paddling really hard on the inside."

Ray Jimenez:
Ray is a Dominican who was born in Puerto Rico. Ray was known to be very close to his father and studied architecture for two years.
He then majored into interior designing for four years. The two are making a new house together and have navigated through their different tastes.
He is a maximalist in nature who is always optimistic. He also goes to the padel court in his free time. Ray was scared of the dark even until he was a youngster. Ray considers Eilyn as his inspiration. Ray’s life mantra is "Anything is possible!"
