PACIFIC HARBOUR, FIJI: 'Love Island USA' Season 5 reached the its finale and Carmen Kocourek and Kenzo Nudo were announced to be on the fourth position. 

Fans had been doubting the couple's chemistry ever since they bonded on the show. Many were happy to see them coming in fourth in the 'Love Island USA' Season 5 finale.

In the finale episode, we saw each couple going on their last date. The final date brought out the romantic side of the islanders.

The couples were seen confessing commitments and love for each other.

Did Carmen Kocourek and Kenzo Nudo 'fake' their love on 'Love Island USA' Season 5?

Carmen and Kenzo have not been much open about their feelings on the show. They were the only finalists left in the show who did not say "I love You" to each other until the finale episode.

This made fans wonder whether the connection the couple shared was even a real one.

As the couple did not win 'Love Island USA' Season 5, fans were overjoyed as they felt this connection was not genuine. One viewer escliamed, "Carmen and kenzo in fourth!!!"

Another viewer slammed the couple and said, "Carmen & kenzo fourth? THATS WHAT SCAMMERS GET."

Another claimed, "Carmen and Kenzo thought they was scamming they way to 100k to get some new cars. SIKE!" 

One viewer tweeted, "SPOILER ALERT I know Carmen + Kenzo did Not expect to get 4th place, lmfao."

How did 'Love Island USA' Season 5 couple Carmen Kocourek and Kenzo Nudo know each other from before the show?

As Carmen entered the villa, there were rumors about her knowing Kenzo from before the show. Both are from Scottsdale, Arizona. The couple being from the same place fueled the rumors even more.

There were discussions on social media about Carmen and Kenzo going to the same gym in their hometown. However, there was never solid proof that the couple knew each other from before.

According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel's report, Kenzo's brother called the rumors "nonsense."

He also claimed to have known about the rumor and said, "Kenzo never knew Carmen before the show and he stopped going to that gym months before."

Kenzo's brother continued, "Kenzo also doesn’t have a trainer. And regarding them following each other (on social media) before 'Love Island' aired is not true either. Who ever runs Carmen’s page started following Kenzo when they first coupled up."

During their finale date, Kenzo said, "It's crazy how, like, life brought us here and find our way to each other."

He went on to express his gratitude, "I honestly couldn't have asked for more."

"When we're out there and like, I know we're going to be strong enough for anything that comes out way," added Kenzo.

Kenzo believes he and Carmen can "live best life possible" even after the show.

Carmen then talked about the future of their relationship and said, "Then we can have three or four kids, and one of them, their middle name is..." Kenzo interrupted and said, "Achilles." 

Kenzo said that one of their children' first name will be Achilles and the couple laughed their heart out on the date.
