Where is Tanya Sam now? Here's what former 'RHOA' star has been up to since quitting show mid-season
Cynthia Bailey's bachelorette party was a major turning point on season 13 of 'Real Housewives of Atlanta'. When Kandi Burruss roped in a male stripper named Bolo, little did she know all the chaos and drama that would take place in the aftermath.
After the wild bachelorette party, Kenya Moore went around telling everybody that Bolo slept with a housewife and someone else. Although she didn't explicitly mention any names, she dropped several hints pointing at Porsha Williams and Tanya Sam. Eventually, Kenya spilled the tea and revealed that she heard the voices of two women and Bolo coming from a room in the wee hours of the morning. She then identified the two women as Porsha and Tanya, implying that they slept with Bolo. As soon as Kenya began accusing Tanya of hooking up with Bolo, the friend of housewives left the trip quietly and was never seen on the show again. During the final part of the season 13 reunion, host Andy Cohen asked the women if any of them had heard from Tanya. Since quitting Bravo's hit reality show, the former nurse has kept herself really busy. One glance at her Instagram and you'll come to realize that this Canadian beauty has her fingers in too many pies. From filming for various shows to organizing a book club meeting and giving interviews on various podcasts, Tanya clearly has a lot on her plate.
Her dear friend and 'RHOA' star Porsha Williams too confirmed it during her recent appearance on Andy Cohen's talk show 'Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen'. When Andy asked Porsha if she was still in touch with Tanya and about their friendship, the housewife assured him that they were still 'cool' but aren't as close as before. She said, "Yeah, I just spoke to her (Tanya) the other day. She was doing a project with Da Brat, and we're supposed to be getting together. She's busy. She has a lot of different things and shows that she's doing right now." If you're wondering why Tanya and Porsha aren't as close as before, fret not for there's no drama between these two great friends. Porsha explained, "Yeah, we're still very cool. But she's very busy, so we're not as close as we used to be."

Tanya recently announced on her Instagram that she would soon be appearing on an episode of USA Network's 'Making of a Mogul' show. She shared a behind-the-scenes picture from her filming for the show alongside the caption, "5 UPs of life to live by✨Buckle UP! Start UP! Keep it UP! Don't Give UP! Cheer UP! A few BTS pics from @makingofamogulusatv episode with @johnhopebryant. Buckle UP as y'all are in for a turbo-charged episode as we discover his incredible entrepreneurial story and how his passion for speed and fast cars helps him relax and release!" She then explained what the show was about, "Making of a Mogul profiles a range of highly successful and accomplished business moguls of color. The Making of a Mogul docu-reality series tells the genuine stories of resilience of many highly acclaimed and successful business moguls and moguls- in-the-making, on their way to future success. It puts a special emphasis on the trials, challenges, accomplishments, failures and ultimately their innate desire to succeed."
Aside from filming for TV shows, Tanya is also working very hard on her pet project 'The Ambition Fund'. The Ambition Fund is an investment company focused on funding businesses founded by women and minority entrepreneurs.
The Canadian beauty certainly seems to be living her best life since quitting 'RHOA'. Although we will miss watching her on 'RHOA', we are thrilled to see Tanya use her platform and fame to encourage entrepreneurship, especially amongst women and minorities.
