LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Entrepreneur Erica Cole bagged the big for her company, No Limbits, which came out from her personal struggles. Erica appeared on 'Shark Tank' season 13 seeking a $100,000 investment for 6% equity in her ready-to-wear adaptive apparel brand. Notably, Sharks instantly saw the potential of Erika's unique pitch for adaptive clothing, created for amputees, wheelchair users, and people who experience limited dexterity and sensory sensitivities.

Erika pitched her brand idea to Sharks Mark Cuban, Kevin O'Leary, Robert Herjavec, Lori Greiner, and Emma Grede. However, Erika strikes an amazing deal with Mark and Emma. What happened during their time on 'Shark Tank'?

Erika stepped into the 'Shark Tank' hoping to bag an offer of $100,000 for 6% equity in her company, No Limbits. She shared the difficulties that people with disabilities have to face while dressing. Erika later demonstrated the pants she was wearing. Notably, Erica's life fully changed after a horrific accident. It eventually led her to create No Limbits to cater to apparel for people with disabilities. Erika later gave a few samples to the Sharks to inspect.

Meanwhile, Erica instantly impressed guest Shark Emma as soon she mentioned denim. Erika showed the samples of the new wheelchair pants and sensory fabrics too. However, Robert then asked her how big the market is which is $2.6 billion. Emma then revealed that she has prior experience with accessible clothing. She revealed that it's easier to get patents for accessible clothing. No Limbits' jeans cost $18 landed and sell for $70.

Emma praised it and said it was a good price for jeans. Meanwhile, Erika revealed that the customer acquisition on Facebook is $14. Notably, Erica did $26,000 in sales on her sewing machine and already has a $100,000 purchase order from the VA. Erika's impressive pre-sales numbers wowed the Sharks. Emma and Mark wasted no time offering her a huge deal. They offered $100K for 12%, which Cole countered with 10% instead. Emma and Mark agreed, and Cole left stunned at how quickly it all happened.



 

Where is No Limbits now and how is the company faring?

Erica's appearance on 'Shark Tank' garnered her huge success and fetched her a significant investment. After winning a bid for No Limbits, she knew this could turn into something big and she started devoting more time to No Limbits. The company becomes one of the lead brands in the adaptive apparel space so that no one has to compromise between style and function, regardless of the unique circumstances of their lives and bodies. The No Limbits team has expanded and also went to the Runway of Dreams NYFW. They recently had their first photoshoot with an adaptive sports group. Notably, No Limbits monthly revenue strikes $15,000.

Erica announced in the spring of 2022 that she will launch VA clinics. Erika also relocated the company to Richmond, VA to work with the business incubator Lighthouse Labs. No Limbits currently sells different varieties of adaptive jeans for women and men, a pair of which costs around $70. Erica's appearance on 'Shark Tank' blended with her hard work and commitment has contributed significantly to No Limbits' success. The company has since garnered popularity and will surely reach a new height in near future.
