Where is Hans now? 'AGT Fantasy League' contestant sarcastically claps back at Simon Cowell's criticism
PASADENA, CALIFORNIA: 'America's Got Talent' star Hans aka Matt Gilbertson has achieved multiple milestones in his career. He is currently in Las Vegas and ready to hit the road in 2024.
Hans was eliminated in the 'AGT' Season 13 quarter-finals. However, he recently shared, "When I lost the show I really thought my career was over but little bit I know that it was just the beginning."
Hans went on to win the Best Cabaret Award twice in a row at the Adelaide Fringe Festival. He hit the road in Australia with his first-ever 11-city national tour.
However, Hans now returned for returned ABC's spinoff show, 'AGT: Fantasy League', and once again blew the judges, especially, Simon Cowell. Hans noted in the confession that he had impressed billions of Americans but he still had to win Simon's praise.
He recalled Simon's comments which he delivered during previous seasons of the 'AGT' show. Hans wanted to clap back at Simon's all the past critics.
Hans performed his redemption song, 'Bitch is Back' during the 'AGT: Fantasy League' premiere. Hans received a loud cheer and a standing ovation from Heidi Klum after his stirring performance.
However, it appeared like Simon was still left unimpressed with his performance. 'AGT' judge said, "One thing that I say is you can't sing, You can't dance."
Hans didn't sit back and sarcastically replied to Simon's criticism, "If I can't sing and I can't dance when I'm going to take over your job babe."

Hans teases 'AGT' judge Simon Cowell during his 2019 audition
Simon Cowell, who is known for his critical comments, called his act terrible even in the auditions. Simon and Hans had developed a relationship where both tease each other.
During the 'AGT' Season 13 audition, Hans told Simon, "We've never met, but I feel like I’m stirring up something that has been lurking there."
After Hans performed 'Spice Up Your Life', he whispered to Simon, "I promise you I’ll perform it on our wedding night."
'AGT' judge Simon Cowell reflects on his and Hans' 'bromance'
'AGT' judge Simon Cowell addressed Hans' 'deep love' for him in an interview with Sunrise. Simon shared, "We have developed a bromance during our time on the show."
Simon then revealed the first impression of Hans noting, "What the bloody hell is that in terms of the act and then like he said he has a twinkle in his eye." He added, "I though he was just first of all just a terrible act that I realized after a while he's actually a brilliant comedian."
The ABC show judge further noted about Hans, "He really gets what the show is all about. He is incredibly smart." he continued, "I don't know how many times we've had him in the show... he's probably about three times now but he's always got an open invitation. I think at the audience over here love him."
'AGT: Fantasy League' airs every Monday at 10 pm ET on ABC.
