LAFAYETTE, LOUISIANA: Clarence, Roshanda, and Brandie Perrio were all quite active on social media and even maintained a shared Facebook profile when they made their TLC debut. However, since their appearance on 'My 600-lb Life: Where Are They Now?', they haven't been opening up to fans as much about their lives as they formerly did. What are these siblings doing in 2024, then?

While Roshanda remains active on Instagram, the majority of her posts are unrelated to the program or the weight loss journey she and her siblings embarked on. Whether she has continued to lose weight since her TLC appearance remains unknown. She takes pleasure in dressing up and appears to have maintained her weight; she frequently shares full-body pictures showcasing her outfits on social media.

Brandie appears to have taken a slight detour in her journey. While her Instagram account is currently private, in November 2023, Roshanda shared a photo of herself with her twin brother Brandon, who did not appear on the show, wishing them both a happy birthday.

Clarence is also active on Instagram, although he doesn't frequently post pictures of himself, making it challenging to gauge his current whereabouts. However, it seems that he has maintained most of the weight he lost.

In a post from April 2024, Clarence mentioned completing CDL training and seems to be making strides toward entering the trucking business. Additionally, he recently shared a video of himself playing basketball, indicating his ongoing commitment to physical activity.

The Perrio family has returned to Lafayette, Louisiana, where they remain steadfast in support of one another through all of life's ups and downs.

Who are 'My 600-lb Life: Where Are They Now?' stars Roshanda, Brandi, and Clarence Perrio?

When the Perrio siblings, often referred to as the One-Ton Family, were featured on TLC's 'My 600-Lb Life' in Season 6, Roshanda, Brandie, and Clarence opened up about their childhood and the exacerbation of their weight issues following their parents' divorce. They shared candidly about being left to fend for themselves during their formative years, lacking guidance or positive eating habits.

As a result, they were overweight by the time they graduated from high school and had to wait several years before seeking the assistance of Dr Younan Nowzaradan when their health became increasingly precarious. After classifying them as "super morbidly obese," Dr Now requested that they relocate from Louisiana to Houston

What happened to Clarence Perrio in 'My 600-lb Life?

Clarence had a more tumultuous journey than his two sisters. At 33 years old and weighing 582 pounds, he set off on his adventure. His dedication and perseverance paid off when he gained approval for the operation and shed over 100 pounds. However, their mother's death interrupted his process.

Despite his initial reluctance to have surgery in such a situation, he eventually changed his mind and had the gastric sleeve treatment.

In the 2020 update, Clarence shared that he had successfully lost 200 pounds, completed Dr Now's program, and planned to continue losing the remaining weight independently. When his father fell ill, Clarence took a two-month hiatus from work to be with him during his final moments.

He struggled to deal with the loss, but he overcame it and is now back and stronger than ever, playing basketball and leading an active life.

What happened to Roshanda Perrio in 'My 600-lb Life?

When Roshanda decided to change her lifestyle and embark on her weight loss journey, she was thirty years old and weighed approximately 800 pounds. She found inspiration in her siblings' success in managing their weight, following a regimen, and experiencing positive outcomes.

Roshanda decided to follow in their footsteps and put in more effort to maintain her diet's discipline. Her mother's passing threw her into a downward spiral once more, and she gained back half of the 130 pounds she had lost.

She committed to working out three times a week and restricted her daily calorie intake to 1200. However, despite losing over 600 pounds, her operation was not approved.

In 2020, Roshanda revealed that she had lost nearly 300 pounds in just two years. She was seen enjoying herself, participating in various activities, and attending church gospel and karaoke evenings.

Currently, Roshanda is dedicated to her fitness journey at JournetFitness, actively engaging in fitness boot camps and personal training sessions. Moreover, she seems to favor home-cooked meals that are rich in protein over junk food, which might be harmful to her health.

What happened to Brandie Perrio in 'My 600-lb Life?

When Brandie first appeared on the show, she was 29 years old and weighed 620 pounds. Concerned about her health, Dr arranged for her to stay with her sister at the hospital, where she managed to lose thirty pounds before relocating out of the area.

After diligently following the doctor's recommendations and adhering to her diet and exercise regimen, Brandie successfully lost a total of 100 pounds. Despite encountering numerous setbacks in their family life, she was the sole sibling to undergo surgery to assist with weight loss.

She was 370 pounds in 2019 and seems determined to continue. But as her music career took off, and she started getting tremendous offers for her abilities, her priorities shifted. She put on 70 pounds back in 2020, and she hasn't said much about her weight loss efforts since.
