‘Fallout’ originally scheduled for Thursday, April 11, took an unexpected turn with Prime Video opting for an early release, sparking a split among fans. On Tuesday, April 9, the official 'Fallout' account took to X to announce the same. While some welcomed the news with excitement, others expressed disappointment over their botched plans.

One fan voiced their thoughts, saying, "FALLOUT ON PRIME EARLY RELEASE TOMORROW AT 6 PM I AM SHAKING I AM READY." While another tweeted, "Super excited that the "Fallout" series is going to stream a day early. Waiting for Bethesda to release the next-gen update for "Fallout 4"."

A gaming enthusiast also commented, "Glad to see the #Fallout Series out early on Wednesday night. Now Bethesda needs to release the next gen update this week as well or I will move on from that and wait to play Fallout: London."

One excited fan said, "SOONER THAN EXPECTED LET'S GOOOOO!" Echoing the same, another fan commented, "Aahhhhhhhhh oh my god yes yes thank you!!!!!"

However, not everyone appeared thrilled about the early release, expressing concern about how it might conflict with their daily schedules. One frustrated fan expressed, "Fallout show release early f**k you i probably have work AUUUUUUGH."

Meanwhile, another said, "So amped for the Fallout show but so annoyed that they’re releasing it a day early bc we have a watch party planned w friends for Thurs when it was supposed to drop!!! Why release it early, it ruins the communal experience for everyone who planned to watch it together the day." The same user further added, "They said it’d be released!! Now I’m just gonna have fomo on Wednesday and avoid social media so I don’t get anything spoiled bc we already have plans for weds."

An X user also commented, "I am SO excited for the Fallout show, but I don’t want to watch it until I get home so it’s just me and my tv, no smal screens, no interruptions…..so it sucks I can’t celebrate the (early) release tomorrow." Another fan who planned on watching the show on its original premiere date said, "Not me planning a fallout stream on the 11th to celebrate launch day just for them to release it a day early.... i thought I was being so smart and s**t too T^T."

One fan also said, "RIP to all the scheduled watch parties." Another wrote, "Sucks for us in Europe. Can’t watch it until the 11th then, so please no spoilers!" A disappointed fan also commented, "Makes no difference to those of us in the UK. 10th April 6pm PT is like 2am on the 11th, I’ll be asleep at that time as I’ll have work in the morning."
