BROOKLYN, NEW YORK: 'Who's Afraid of a Cheap Old House?' couple Ethan and Elizabeth Finkelstein have a whopping net worth of $1 million. The couple have created their fortune through their social media page which features real estate listings from across the country.

The Instagram page is dedicated to list houses that are more than 100 years old with asks under $100,000. Besides this, Elizabeth created CIRCA Old Houses, a property listing website centered on the mystique of vintage homes with technical assistance from her husband, Ethan, in 2013.

The HGTV show couple spent several years working hard to turn the network of sites into a profitable business. Elizabeth and Ethan earned quality cheques from home listings on the CIRCA site, which she used Cheap Old Houses to promote.

According to reports, Elizabeth charges $45 for a 90-day ad, and $50 and $150 to promote a property. She features the listings as an 'editor's pick' or in the site's homepage banner. However, after the massive success, the couple recently expanded their business and hired two part-time employees. She has also recently bagged the website's first sponsorship deal with a Connecticut realtor.
