Who went home on ‘Big Brother’ tonight? Season 28 Week 5 eviction results revealed
‘Big Brother’ Season 28 Episode 19 featured yet another elimination. After winning the Veto, Kamu decided not to use it. While most of the houseguests were leaning toward sending Haley home in the upcoming elimination, Mallory and Devens considered voting out Chuk instead. The two then managed to convince Barrett and Drew to join their plan to eliminate Chuk. The episode also featured the BB Blockbuster challenge, 'Newton’s Apples.' The three nominated contestants, Haley, Chuk, and Barrett, participated in the competition.
The task involved rolling five balls up a ramp and landing them on a green platform in the middle. The contestants then had to knock off all five balls, with the first person to complete the task emerging as the winner. While Haley and Barrett managed to get four balls to the platform, Chuk was able to get only one to the marked point. Haley became the first contestant to get all five balls onto the platform and the first to knock them all down. As a result, Haley won the BB Blockbuster challenge, leaving Chuk and Barrett on the verge of going home.
Later in the episode, viewers saw the show's host, Julie Chen Moonves, invite each houseguest to the diary room. Almost all of them voted to send Chuk home. The only contestant to vote against Barrett was Haley. So by a 9-1 vote, Chuk was evicted from ‘Big Brother’ Season 28. During his exit interview, Chuk told the host that his elimination felt “unreal.” The eliminated housemate also reflected on Lala’s game, saying she was “playing the game confused.”
He explained that Taylor had told him she believed Lala didn’t know what she was doing. After hearing this, Julie spoke about how Chuk came across as the more confused housemate, who seemed unsure of how to play the game, compared to Lala. After the latest eviction, the remaining contestants on the show are: Angela Murray, Barrett Pfeiffer, Dee Valladares, Drew Campbell, Haley Thogmartin, Kamu Kirk, La Trice Verrett, Mallory Aurichio, Melody Morris, Rick Devens, Taylor Brown, and Yash Patel.
