VANCOUVER, CANADA: Lifetime's 'Prison Brides' star Cage, lacking guidance in his juvenile years, took a troubled path and, at 17, played a leading role in planning an armed robbery involving six others. Recognized as the leader of a teenage robbery ring, he faced legal consequences for a series of home invasions and burglaries starting in October 2012.

Cage's upbringing was marked by challenges. He was raised by a single mother, who supported him and his three brothers without financial assistance from their absent father.

In March 2014, he was convicted and sentenced to 50 years in prison, with the possibility of parole after 25 years.

Despite his past, Cage aspires to become a devoted husband and father upon his release, revealing a sincere desire for positive change in his future.

This reflects in the upcoming episode, where Cage expresses his heartfelt desire to marry his love, Andreea, who took the courageous step of leaving her home in Romania to be with him.

Who is Andreea from 'Prison Brides'?

Andreea, hailing from Romania, spent a significant part of her youth in Italy with her younger sister, Vanessa. Later, she made the move to London for her studies in business and management.

When she decided to share the news of her love with Cage, it was a pivotal moment for her closely-knit family.

Gathering her parents, Alexandru and Geta, Andreea revealed her intention to marry someone currently incarcerated, surprising them all. Despite her parents emphasizing the importance of commitment and effort in sustaining a long-term relationship, they looked skeptically upon her choice.

Undeterred by their reservations, Andreea remained steadfast in her decision to marry Cage, showcasing a determination to navigate the complexities of her love for him.

How did Andreaa and Cage meet?

Andreea's journey with Cage began when she found him online while he was serving time in a US prison. Seeking companionship, she stumbled upon a platform that bridged the gap between incarcerated individuals and the outside world.

As the letters flowed, a natural connection blossomed between Andreea and Cage, transcending the physical confines that separated them.

Their love story unfolded over three years, and by the time Andreea celebrated her 25th birthday, they were deeply in love and in a meaningful relationship.

Despite the challenges posed by distance and circumstances, their bond remained strong.
