The Plath family gave an insight into their unusual life in Season 1 of the show. However, things are not the same now that the show is back with Season 2. Older children Micah and Moriah Plath decided to move out and start afresh. Meanwhile, Ethan and Olivia Plath are not on speaking terms with Kim and Barry Plath.

Moriah and Micah decided to leave their family home once they took a different direction for their lifestyle. The pair turned towards modeling, taking up different jobs, thinking about going to college once they were out. Since this did not fit well well with Kim and Barry, they thought it would be best if the two left the house. On the other hand, Ethan and Olivia thought Kim and Barry were influencing their relationship. After noticing how they were having problems between them, Olivia and Ethan decided it was best to maintain their distance. While the older siblings have left the nest, Lydia Plath continues to follow the Plath family rules.

In the latest episode (November 10), Lydia revealed she had a prayer room in the new house that she used to talk to God. She admitted things were not great in the house as the family was now broken. While talking, Lydia broke down and admitted every day she missed her siblings.

Lydia recalled the time Ethan would come back home and warm up the house with his smile. Reminiscing about the past Lydia was seen praying to God to give her a sign on what could be done to bring the family together. She seemed confused as to what her role could be to ensure that everyone lives together once again.

Seeing how she had been struggling with the change, many felt bad for her while others blamed Barry and Kim. "You are DESTROYING Lidia. That poor girl. She is being ripped apart," one user wrote. "Mother and father ought to be ashamed for what they are putting Lydia through," said another.

"I feel bad for Lydia but I also love how she's still trying to stay in touch with her faith during these hard times. I plan on having a "prayer corner" in my room soon," read another comment. "Lydia seems so genuine my heart hurts for her. She doesn’t see it’s not that her siblings left but were pushed away," wrote another.

'Welcome To Plathville' airs on Tuesdays at 10 pm ET on TLC.
