'Cartel Crew': El Chapo's wife Emma Aispuro plans to start clothing line named after her husband, and no, it's not called El Chaps

Emma Coronel Aispuro made her debut on the show and discussed her future business plans.

'Cartel Crew' viewers got to see a new face on the show as Emma Coronel Aispuro made her debut on the reality television. Emma was keen on meeting Michael Corleone Blanco as she wanted to discuss future business plans. While Michael was hesitant to start a conversation with the wife of the famous Mexican drug lord, Joaquín Guzmán, also known as, El Chapo, he knew too well that he could not disappoint her.

Michael decided to meet Emma with his girlfriend Marie Ramirez Arellano and the three sat down together to discuss the possibility of doing business together. Earlier this year, El Chapo was sentenced to life in a supermax prison in the United States and ever since then Emma has made various public appearances.

It looks like she is now planning to step into the clothing business as talking to Michael she revealed that she was thinking about starting a clothing line in Joaquín's name. Emma thought that Michael would be the best person to talk to this about as he owns a clothing line which is named after his mother who was killed in Mexico in 2012.

"I am very excited to start this project," she revealed. "It was an idea that we had when he was free." Emma further added that she wanted to bring to life everything that they had spoken about. She then went on to ask Michael what the process involved if she started a clothing line.

Michael revealed that apart from dedicating a clothing line to his mother he wanted to start the clothing label because before him there weren't any clothing line which had a narco tag attached to it. He further added that people did not want to associate themselves with any product that was produced by people who were once involved with narcos.

He warned her that people would speak bad about her and there will be bad blood in the business but she had to be strong if she wanted to go ahead in the business. Emma appreciated the advice that Michael had for her and was feeling optimistic about going ahead in the business.

'Cartel Crew' airs on Mondays at 9 pm on VH1.
