Christmas means family time and sometimes, you discover strangers who become as close as family in the most unexpected ways. 'Two Turtle Doves' is such a story of sharing the good cheer and joy of the season with people who make you feel special.

‘Two Turtle Doves’ releases exclusively on Hallmark this Friday, November 1 at 9  pm / 8 c.

Plot

Dr. Sharon Hayes (Nikki Deloach) visits her family in a small town for Christmas holidays in search of a beloved family heirloom. In her pursuit, she encounters Mikayla, an adorable little girl, who unfortunately is motherless.

Sharon also ends up meeting the girl's father Sam (Rady), disheartened by life. In her heirloom, Sharon finds a Christmas charm of two turtle doves, which symbolizes the discovery of true love. Together, the three of them discover the miracle of Christmas, translating into a beautiful bond among them.

‘Two Turtle Doves’ features Nikki Deloach and Michael Rady in lead roles. Deloach plays the role of Dr. Sharon Hayes, the main lead of the romantic drama. Deloach is a popular television actor known for her roles in 'Awkward' (2011-2016), 'Grey's Anatomy', 'Criminal Minds', 'Castle', as well as movies like 'House Bunny', 'Love & Other Drugs', etc. She has also worked in about 10 TV movies.

Her co-star, Michael Rady plays the role of Sam, the father of the young girl. Rady has quite a portfolio of appearances and important roles in TV series like 'Castle', 'Greek', 'CSI', 'The Mentalist', 'Grey's Anatomy', 'UnREAL', 'Timeless' and many more. He was also seen in movies like 'Sisterhood of The Traveling Pants'.

The other cast members of 'Two Turtle Doves' include Michaela Russell, Zach Tinker, Zach Smadu and Lanette Ware, to name a few.

Director/Writer

'Two Turtle Doves' is directed by Lesley Demetriades, whose earlier projects include 'Women & Sometimes Men', 'Obscene Beauty', 'Keeping Score', 'Tiny House Nation', and 'Chasing Maria Menounos'. The script for the TV movie is written by Sarah Montana, who also wrote for 'Love to the Rescue'.
