'True Beauty' Episode 11: It's #TeamSuseo all the way as bromance between Su-ho and Seo-jun steals hearts

'True Beauty' Episode 11 finally sees the misunderstanding between Su-ho and Seo-jun get resolved, but can they become friends like before?

'True Beauty' Episode 11 is all about the misunderstanding that had spoiled the relationship between Su-ho (Cha Eun-woo) and Seo-jun (Hwang In-yeop). Their best friend Se-yeon had killed himself and this had caused a rift between the two. Su-ho believed that he could have saved his best friend if he had just answered Se-yeon's call and Seo-jun believes that Su-ho hadn't helped Se-yeon despite knowing how he had been struggling.

However, when a song that Su-ho as Leo had composed with Se-yeon gets used by his father without any consideration about plagiarism, Su-ho attempts to confront his father in the hopes of getting the song retracted, he finds out the horrible truth that the news of Se-yeon being a bully in school had been distributed by none other than his father's office to bury the scandal of him being photographed with a young actor. This upsets Su-ho who has a mental break down and that is how he ended up meeting with an accident despite Seo-jun trying his best to save him. It is in the hospital that Su-ho finally is able to air his grievances to his father and listening to his broken rant, Seo-jun is shocked and also feels guilty for judging his friend without giving him a chance to explain. 

The guilt that Su-ho feels is enough to traumatize him and he doesn't need anyone else blaming him as well, especially his best friend and that is what Seo-jun realizes over time as the two of them are stay side by side in the hospital while getting treatment. From Su-ho feeding Seo-jun his lunch and dinner grudgingly to the funniest scene of Su-ho having to help Seo-jun pee, it is comical how the two of them begin to repair the damage that had ocurred in their relationship. The episode also sees how Seo-jun manages to stand up for Su-ho, be it with Su-ho's father when he reveals that Su-ho is Leo or when he helps Su-ho hide Ju-kyung while their classmates visit, the two of them are traveling back toward how things used to be and while it might not be the exact same thing, it is definitely better than the animosity that led to both of their hatred.

Fans have been crushing on both Su-ho and Seo-jun all this while, but now, they want to ship the two of them and that is when #TeamSuseo was born. One fan wrote on Twitter, "Seojun and suho helping out each other. DONT LET THEM FIGHT ANYMORE #TrueBeautyEp11 #TrueBeauty." Another commented on how Seo-jun dealt with all the feelings that he had  developed for Ju-kyung and wrote, "SeoJun... Reminiscing his past alone times with Jugyeong really hit me hard.. he has been giving in and holding back his feelings in respect to Suho and Jugyeong.. best boy. You deserve happiness too and you’ll find one your way. #TrueBeautyEp11 #TrueBeauty." One fan even shared a clip of Su-ho and Seo-jun and wrote, "SUSEO MAIN COUPLE OF TODAYS EP #TrueBeautyEp11."

Another fan wrote, "THE ONLY SHIP THAT MATTERS HAHAHA #TrueBeautyEp11." Another fan commented, "Their friendship is really back?!?!?! It’s good that they were in the same room hehe. #TrueBeautyEp11 #TrueBeauty." Another fan wrote, "NOT SEOJUN CHECKING IF SUHO IS STILL BREATHING. #TrueBeautyEp11."

'True Beauty' episodes will air on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 10.30 pm on tvN in Seoul and can be streamed on Viki in the US.
