Gaon music chart has finally released its list of the top K-pop acts for the month of March and is honoring sales certificates to the best-selling albums and singles of the month. The music chart goes through their data of all music releases each month and awards them badges like platinum and million-seller certificates. In the last few months, the likes of BTS, NCT, TXT and Stray Kids had best-selling albums.

In February, girl groups ruled the chart as Itzy, TWICE, Kep1er and Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon did well with their releases as they became platinum sellers and topped Gaon charts. Gaon teams up with KMCA (Korean Music Content Industry Association) and awards such K-pop acts album certificates while looking at releases that cross 250K sales and are older than six weeks. This is why fans of NMIXX and Treasure knew that they would make Gaon’s March list.
