Spoilers for 'The Walking Dead: World Beyond' Episode 4- 'The Wrong End of a Telescope'

For those who thought the previous episode of 'World Beyond' was the start of what could be a possible romance angle between Silas (Hal Cumpston) and Iris (Aliyah Royale), 'The Wrong End of a Telescope' pretty much adds more fuel to the speculation as the teens get some quality screentime in what is otherwise a slow burner of an episode. As the teens along with Huck (Annet Mahendru) and Felix (Nico Tortorella) seek shelter in an abandoned high school, they split into pairs to stake out the building and hunt for supplies.

One segment of the episode sees Iris and Silas who form a group get to know each other better as they find the gymnasium that has the remains of what was once the arena for the school dance. Iris tries to imagine the event that would have happened and listens to Silas's walkman tape that has classics his grandmother would listen to, and before we know it, the teens are holding hands and waltzing away in merriment. In a way, the teen romance, if that's what it blossoms to, will be an interesting storyline.

And looking at the larger picture, it might show how this would impact their relationship in the future. At some point, the teens will split and choose their own path, and that would be the time this relationship would play a key part in the series. The second instance is when Silas gets into a bloodied fist-fight with an empty to save Iris when they are cornered. Even as Hope (Alexa Mansour) and Huck try to get the door open at the other end to rescue the duo, Silas, engulfed in his dark fury goes on a walloping spree.

With the team ready to go further, Silas requests Iris to let him stay back as he fears he would hurt the team at some point. Iris's words of comfort make see the burly teen pick himself up as they continue onward. There is no doubt the romantic angle will come in at some stage, and 'World Beyond' fans will be hoping for it to continue as it lends more depth to the story.

What are your thoughts on Iris and Silas's relationship?
