Season 19 of ‘The Voice’ first premiered on October 19, 2020, with the judges Blake Shelton, Kelly Clarkson and John Legend reprising their roles from the previous season whereas Gwen Stefani replaced Nick Jonas from the last season joining the panel for her fifth season of the singing reality show.

Will ‘The Voice’ air on election day?

The latest episode, aired on November 2, 2020 (Monday), was the finale of the blind auditions with every judge filling the last left slots in their respective teams. At the end of the episode of ‘The Voice’ Season 19, all the coaches went home with their respective 10 contestants for this season. Now, since the US will be going to the polls on November 3, 2020 (Tuesday), the time slot of the singing reality show will be replaced by the election coverage, as reported by the website Deseret News.

What to expect from next episode?

Following the final blind auditions and soon to be held US elections, ‘The Voice’ will resume its regular schedule which means the audience can sit back and enjoy NBC’s reality show every Monday and Tuesday from November 9, 2020, as reported by the website Deseret News. From the next episode, we will see the 10 contestants from each team battling their way up to the Knockout round.

Team standings

After the latest blind auditions episode, Team Kelly has bagged contestants namely Joseph Soul, Eli Zamora, Marisa Corvo, Madeline Consoer, Ryan Gallagher, Kelsie Watts, Desz, Tanner Gomes, Skylar Alyvia Mayton, Emmalee whereas, Team Gwen got lucky with Lauren Frihauf, Payge Turner, Liam St. John, Chloé Hogan, Ryan Berg, Carter Rubin, Larriah Jackson, Van Andrew, Lain Roy, and the latest addition Tori Miller.

Team Legend will compete with Tamara Jade, John Holiday, Cami Clune, Sid Kingsley, Rio Souma, Casmè, Olivia Reyes, Julia Cooper, Bailey Rae, and the new addition James Pyle whereas, Blake Shelton stands strong with singers namely Ian Flanigan, Jim Ranger, Taryn Papa, Aaron Scott, Jus Jon, Ben Allen, Sam Stacy, Payton Lamar, John Sullivan, and the mother-daughter trio Worth the Wait.

The new season of ‘The Voice’ is being hosted by Carson Daly. Season 19 episodes will be aired on NBC. Fans can also catch the singing reality show on the official website of NBC and on their official app along with the network's new streaming service Peacock. Todd Tilghman was announced as the last season's winner from Team Blake at the age of 42 making him the oldest winner in the series history, a record previously held by Josh Kaufman.



 



 



 



 

The battle rounds will see the coaches enlisting the music industry powerhouses Leon Bridges, Miguel, Kane Brown and Julia Michaels to prepare their artistes to go head-to-head in hope of advancing to the knockouts.
