'He needed to calm down': 'The Voice' 2023 coach Chance the Rapper labels Blake Shelton 'salty'

Now that Season 23 is coming to an end, all the focus seems to have centered around Blake Shelton as he is all set to exit from 'The Voice'

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'The Voice' Season 23 has heated up things between the singers as well as the coaches. And, in the recently released episode, we saw Blake Shelton being called out for being 'salty.' Was he acting that way because it's now the end of his journey on 'The Voice'?

Blake seems to be pretty confident about his team's singer Grace West. Whenever the budding singer dons the stage with her soulful voice, we see Blake standing and cheering for her. NBC singing show fans are surely going to miss Blake. Now that Season 23 is coming to an end, all the focus has centered around Blake.

Chance the Rapper calls out Blake Shelton for being 'salty'

Blake has been a great asset to 'The Voice'. Besides being a judge, he has also been a great coach to budding artists. Throughout the season we have seen Blake being patient and has been seen appreciating the singers with his firm praises. However, in Finale Part 1, the coach was seen a little bit off the track. With Sorelle ending Monday night's episode, Blake commented that they sounded like a "finished record." To this, Chance the Rapper smiled and said that he is proud of his team and thinks they were "pitch perfect." Seeing Blake bring out some or the other mistakes in the singer made Chance call out Blake for being "salty."

Seeing Chance the Rapper called out Blake made a fan tweet, "@chancetherapper is hilarious he done called Blake and everyone else salty and said he needed to calm down so he didn’t curse on live tv !!! He was a great addition to #TheVoice." Another laughed saying, "Chance said Blake is being salty." Furthermore, a fan tweeted, "@chancetherapper #TheVoice yes they are real salty and they are probably wondering what is salty." 

Moreover, a few fans believed that Grace being in Team Blake is one of the advantages for him. A fan tweeted, "@blakeshelton #TheVoice Blake, grace may be the best student you’ve ever coached." Another claimed, "Grace for the win, Go team Blake!" "Does anyone know if the other contestants are performing again tonight?? or is Blake getting a blatant advantage," tweeted another fan.

'The Voice' Season 23 Live Final Part 2 will release on May 23, 2023, at 9 pm on NBC.
