'The Resident' Season 5: Release date, spoilers and all about Fox's medical drama
Fox's medical drama, 'The Resident' has seen four successful seasons and is all set to debut with a fifth this September. The series is the only primetime program returning this fall along with '911' on the network. Much of this is attributed to the rating the show has seen over the season. Rating site Rotten Tomatoes has an audience score of 87% for the series that just gives an inkling of the show's success.
Based on the book 'Unaccountable' by Marty Makary, the series follows the lives of staff members at Chastain Park Memorial Hospital, while also shedding the light on the bureaucratic practices of the hospital industry. While we wait for 'The Resident' Season 5 to premiere, these shows from Fox are worth a shot: '9-1-1', 'The Big Leap', and '9-1-1 Lone Star'. Here's everything you need to know about the upcoming installment.
