The show follows the Kretz family and their luxury real estate business which helps clients find and also sell fabulous homes in France.

Air time and how to watch

'The Parisian Agency Exclusive Properties' will stream at 3am EST on June 23 on Netflix. You can also watch the series by signing up for the platform’s free trial. Apart from that, viewers can also opt for different subscription plans provided by the streaming giant. A premium plan that allows more people to watch the service on different screens simultaneously, costs $18 per month. Meanwhile, the basic US plan costs $9 per month.

Plot

According to a Netflix synopsis, "This reality series follows the Kretz family and their luxury property business as they buy and sell fabulous homes in France and abroad."

Cast

Olivier Kretz

Olivier Kretz is the founder and CEO of Kretz and Partners and the head of the Kretz family. According to the Kretz and Partners website, he is a graduate of ESC Rouen Business School and has held over 20 different sales and marketing manager positions in companies including Procter and Gamble, Pernod Ricard and AC Nielsen. He also worked in the telecoms industry for Prosodie till December 2011. He also has extensive personal experience in property purchasing and renovation. In January 2012, he joined the family company. He is responsible for large luxury property sales and international growth. He is a shareholder in Groupe Chantelle – the leading international lingerie company owned by the Kretz family.



 

Sandrine Kretz

Sandrine Kretz is the associate director at Kretz and Partners and is the mother of the large Kretz family which includes four sons. According to the Kretz and Partners website Sandrine's bio reads as follows, "As well as working as a teacher at Lubeck school, Sandrine also set up a specialist renovation and home staging company, working with house and apartment owners in Paris and Normandy. Her company's major project involved the purchase and renovation of André Malraux's historic residence, located on the 1930s walking tour route in Boulogne. Sandrine is now managing director of Kretz & Partners, the luxury property company. Her activities focus mainly on western Paris, managing the sale and purchase of mansions, houses and prestige apartments in Meudon, Boulogne and Paris' 16th arrondissement, as well as luxury and prestige properties in the 6th, 7th and 8th arrondissements."
