Ryan Serhant, one of the top real estate agents of New York, has his hands full. Not only will he be selling properties and dealing with demanding buyers in the current season of 'Million Dollar Listing New York', but also focus on renovating his new Brooklyn townhouse.

What helped him was Bravo deciding to put together one whole show renovating the house, in this case. 'Million Dollar Listing: Ryan's Renovation' is a spin-off series that will deep-dive into Ryan's sense of interiors. The viewers will get to see a different, more mellow side of an otherwise aggressive realtor.

Cast

In his renovation journey, Ryan will be joined by his wife Emilia Bechrakis and their daughter Zena. The couple has recently moved into the 7,670-square-foot townhouse, which he purchased in 2018 for a whopping $7.6 million. "The house is perfect, we can move in as-is. But I’m gonna renovate it," he had said. As of 2021, the house is still under renovation.

Plot

"In each episode, viewers will see the transformation of the constantly evolving townhouse, with more than a few hiccups along the way. While the vision for the vast, five-floor property started as a home for daughter Zena to grow up in, it's expanded into an inn for the couples' extended family," the press release read. As it is renovation is a tough job and then having to make room for Emilia's large Greek family was quite the challenge. "Since everyone wants a room, everyone wants their opinions heard. With so many voices chiming in, the Greek chorus starts to sound like chaos," the note further stated.
