'The Outpost' Season 3: Meet Jessica Green, Jake Stormoen, Imogen Waterhouse and rest of the cast of The CW series
The CW's upcoming fantasy-adventure drama 'The Outpost' stars some of the youngest and the most talented cast in the genre. Following Talon, a lone survivor of a race and her quest to exact revenge on those who killed her loved ones, the show has maintained an interest in the fantasy-adventure genre since 'Game of Thrones' went off-air.
Created by Jason Faller and Kynan Griffin, the show is returning for its Season 3 on the network and will take the story forward from where it left off. Before the series arrives on The CW on October 8, 2020, at 9 p.m., meet the cast.
Jessica Green as Talon
On the fantasy-adventure drama television series 'The Outpost', Australian actress Green plays the role of Talon, the last survivor of her race of the Blackbloods. Early on in her quest for revenge, she discovers that she possesses some very strong supernatural powers that must be protected in order to save the world.
Green is known for her regular appearances as Kiki on the fantasy teen drama 'Lightning Point' and in the role of Cleopatra in the Netflix series 'Roman Empire'. She is also known for her work in 'Ash vs Evil', and 'Dirty, Clean, & Inbetween'.
Jake Stormoen as Captain Garret Spears
Stormoen plays the role of Captain Garret Spears in the fantasy-adventure drama. In 2015, the actor won the Best Supporting Actor award at the Utah Film Festival for his performance as Airk in the fantasy film 'The Christmas Dragon'.
He is also known for his role as Dagen in the 'Mythica' film series including 'Mythica: A Quest for Heroes', 'Mythica: The Necromancer', 'Mythica: The Darkspore', and 'Mythica: The Godslayer' and 'Mythica: The Iron Crown'. The production house of the franchise - including the series 'The Outpost' - is well-known in the genre of fantasy content. And the reason why Stormoen works with them so often is because of his life-long love for fantasy and science fiction.
The actor is friends with Kristian Nairn, the actor who plays the role of Hodor on HBO's 'Game of Thrones'. They had become friends in high school when playing World of Warcraft. They later starred in the Kurt Knight 2018 horror-thriller 'The Appearance'.
Imogen Waterhouse as Lady Gwynn Calkussar/ Princess Rosmund
Waterhouse plays the role of princess Rosmund, the last surviving member of an overthrown and murdered royal family. Her other roles in 'The Last Photograph', 'The Halcyon', 'Stan Lee's Lucky Man', and 'The Coroner' are also well-recognized.
The English actress Waterhouse is best known for her performances in 'Braid', 'Nocturnal Animals' and 'The Last Photograph'.
Anand Desai-Barochia as Janzo
Anand plays the role of "oddball brewer/ alchemist" Janzo. "By day, he works in the pub, and at night, he has his laboratory underneath the pub where he makes his magic potions and he cuts things up and ... so I think it's just like given that everyone knows that Janzo is a bit of an odd guy," the actor had once described his character.
The actor is known for his performance of Vikram in 'The Tiger Hunter', which premiered at the Laemmle Monica Film Center in Santa Monica, California in 2017.
