Spoilers for 'The Order' Season 2

Netflix has finally dropped Season 2 of its hit horror drama series 'The Order'. There's a lot more action, adventure and drama this season but the biggest question the fans are asking right now is why is Jack Morton's hair (Jake Manley) blonde?

Seriously, it's a bit difficult to get used to and Jack's new look is something that's made fun of quite a bit on the show. Weirdly enough, the hair seems to have polarized the fan base with a lot of people hating it and just as many loving it. First, let's look at the ones who hate the look. A number of fans on Reddit have weighed in on the hair with one fan writing, "The blonde hair on the main character is so annoying -Why did they allow the actor to change his hair?"

Another fan asked, "What was crueler: Gabi dyeing Jack's hair or forcing him to join the cheer squad?"

Meanwhile, over on Twitter, fans seem to be going gaga over the new look with one fan tweeting, "Jack is cute with blonde hair 😍 #TheOrderSeason2."

"I vote for Jake Manley in blonde 🤩 #TheOrderSeason2," another fan wrote while a third fan weighed in writing, "Jack Morton in blonde is my new obsession. bye. #TheOrderSeason2 🐺"

So why the hair change you ask? In the show, it's because Gabrielle Dupres (Louriza Tronco) brainwashed Jack into dyeing his hair but as this Reddit user suggests, it was probably because he needed to be blonde for the movie 'Infamous' in which Manley played the lead role opposite Bella Thorne.

"Check out Infamous. Came out last week with Jake and Bella Thorne," the fan wrote. "His hair is blonde in that."

"Yea from when that filmed and when they started filming the second season of The Order, it seems like there might have been a little bit of overlap, which could explain the hair," another fan commented in agreement.

Well, condolences to the ones who liked the hair but Morton does go back to his normal look about halfway through the season. And we do sort of hope he stays that way.

'The Order' Season 2 is currently available for streaming on Netflix.
