'The Masked Singer' Season 2: The Leopard shocks everyone with a massive surprise and fans are astounded
'The Masked Singer' Season 2 returned on October 2 and we were introduced to the Panda, Black Widow, Leopard, and Flamingo. Returning back to their seats were the panelists - Nicole Scherzinger, Jenny McCarthy, Ken Jeong, and Robin Thicke - all ready to put their guessing hats on and try to figure out who is under those masks based on the cryptic clues.
While the judges and fans think they had it figured out or at least almost figured out with most of the masked singers, there was one contestant who threw them off the rail with a massive surprise that had everyone gobsmacked when the series returned.
The Leopard is one tricky masked singer and knew how to get the judges and fans confused. Based on the clues given, the Leopard's outfit was specially created to hide its silhouette. The leopard also revealed that it has been spotted with the president. Guessing at first, fans speculated that it might be Kim Kardashian or Michelle Obama. The judges also speculated that it might be a female celebrity under the mask.
But once the Leopard took to the stage to perform, it threw both judges and fans off, only for them to realize that it wasn't a female celebrity under the mask but a man. Performing to Queen's 'Somebody To Love' the Leopard left judges and fans gobsmacked and confused to figure out it is a man under the mask.
After his performance, talking about what makes him a Leopard, he revealed that "Leopards can be fierce, and yet divine." Post his performance, fans took to social media to reveal how surprised they were by the reveal that the Leopard is a man.
"The leopard came out in a dress and a whole male voice BUSTED OUT YALL YESSSSS #maskedsinger," wrote a fan on Twitter. Adding to that another fan said, "Who knew that the #leopard on #maskedsinger would be a guy!!!! #amazing."
"well, the #Leopard sure threw us off!! hope we get more clues!! #MaskedSinger," said a fan. While another added, "I thought leopard was a woman this show is full of surprises #maskedsinger."
