'The Mandalorian' Season 2 is almost upon us and that means eight-more episodes of Mando/Din Djarin and Baby Yoda. There's every reason to clear the Friday calendar as the hit 'Star Wars' series will premier on October 30, 2020, on Disney+ and those with access to the streaming service can access the content.

For those in the US, the subscription is priced at $7/mo. An annual plan might work as a better option if you're ready to pay $70. This would mean a reduction in your monthly charge and no additional expenditure unlike what happened with 'Mulan'. The series is free without delay to all those with a Disney+ subscription. The best part is the multiple platforms the series can be viewed on— Roku's boxes, sticks and TVs, Apple TV. iPhone and iPads, phones, and TVs running on Android operating systems, as well as Chromecast, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.

Schedule

Each episode is termed as a chapter and the new installment comprises of eight chapters just like the opening season.

Chapter 9: Friday, Oct. 30

Chapter 10: Friday, Nov. 6

Chapter 11: Friday, Nov. 13

Chapter 12: Friday, Nov. 20

Chapter 13: Friday, Nov. 27

Chapter 14: Friday, Dec. 4

Chapter 15: Friday, Dec. 11

Chapter 16: Friday, Dec. 18

Release time

Last year, Disney+ released 'The Mandalorian' Season 1 premiere around 12:01 a.m. PT/3:01 a.m. ET on Friday, November 12. Season 2 is likely to follow suit, with the first episode hitting the platform at 12:01 a.m. PT/3:01 a.m. ET on Friday, October 30. The season 2 premiere is estimated to be an hour long according to a Reddit leak.

Synopsis

The official logline of the new season reads: "The Mandalorian and the Child continue their journey, facing enemies and rallying allies as they make their way through a dangerous galaxy in the tumultuous era after the collapse of the Galactic Empire."

The previous season saw Mando (Pedro Pascal) and the Child have a close shave with the Imperial agent, Moff Gideon (Giancarlo Esposito). They were aided by Cara Dune (Gina Carano) and Greef Karga (Carl Weathers) along with the bounty droid, IG-11. While Gideon beat a hasty retreat, the threat was far from over, and with the Darksaber in his control, there's a lot to look forward to in the upcoming installment.
