'The Hollow' Season 2: Release date, plot, voice cast and all you need to know about Netflix's animated science fantasy
In 2018, the first season of 'The Hollow' released and made a special place in our hearts with characters like Adam, Kai and Mira, with whom we went on a fantastical journey.
The Canadian animated science fantasy revolved around three teenagers, who woke up in a room and realize that they have no memories of one other or anything else at all.
They only know their names, thanks to a small piece of paper in their pockets. And so begins a perilous journey to uncover the truth of their real identities and how to get home. And now, much to the excitement of fans, a second season is just around the corner. Here's all you need to know about the animated show:
Release date
'The Hollow' Season 2 will begin streaming on May 8 on Netflix.
Plot
After their bizarre adventures in the previous season, the trio hopes that they will next wake up at home. However, it is not so, though it appears as if they are. They wake up to find that this is some eerie part of the game.
Nothing is the same, even though their parents keep telling them that they're home. Are they still in the Hollow? Where are they?
And so, Adam, Kai and Mira have to work together to find their way out of this new mess that they've found themselves in. It is all about teamwork and friendship and that's the only thing which will save them.

Adrian Petriw as Adam
Adrian Petriw is best known for voicing Tony Stark/ Iron Man in the television series 'Iron Man: Armored Adventures', as well as Commander Gren in 'The Dragon Prince'
Ashleigh Ball as Mira
Ball has voiced characters in several films like 'Barbie film series', 'Bratz', 'Johnny Test', 'Littlest Pet Shop' and 'My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic.'
Conner Parnall as Kai
Apart from being a trained singer and dancer, he is also known for his role in 'Beyblade Burst'.
