LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Max has officially released Episode 6 of 'The Girls on the Bus,' showcasing the journalists' struggle to cover the presidential debate, which was thwarted when their bus got stranded.

Created by Amy Chozick and Julie Plec, the series draws inspiration from Amy Chozick's memoir 'Chasing Hillary,' which explores the experiences of journalists covering Hillary Clinton's campaign bus during the 2008 and 2016 presidential races.

In Episode 6, the focus remained on Sadie McCarthy (Melissa Benoist) and Kimberlyn Kendrick (Christina Elmore), the two prominent characters of the series.

Looking ahead to 'The Girls on the Bus' Episode 7, viewers can anticipate further developments in Sadie and Kimberlyn's journeys as they strive to cover a major story amid the presidential campaign.

In 'The Girls on the Bus' Episode 6, the bus became stranded, causing the journalists to miss covering the presidential debate. This incident significantly impacted Kimberlyn because she was scheduled to provide live coverage of the debate.

When Kimberlyn missed covering the debate, her channel, Liberty Direct News, allowed another female colleague to cover a show during Kimberlyn's scheduled time slot. On the other hand, Sadie checked her phone and discovered that her period was 8 days late, suggesting that she might be pregnant.

In Episode 6, Lola Rahaii (Natasha Behnam) also struggled because she had been losing her sponsors, which made it challenging for her to cover the presidential campaign without support.

As a content creator, Lola relied on sponsorships to fund her work, and losing them put her in a difficult position.
