LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: HBO Max has officially premiered ‘The Girls on the Bus,' which stars Melissa Benoist, Natasha Behnam, Christina Elmore, Brandon Scott, and Carla Gugino in pivotal roles.

Based on Amy Chozick's 2018 memoir 'Chasing Hillary', 'The Girls on the Bus' is loosely inspired by the experiences of journalists aboard Hillary Clinton's campaign bus during the 2008 and 2016 presidential races.

‘The Girls on the Bus’ Episode 1 revolved around Sadie McCarthy (Melissa Benoist), Lola (Natasha Behnam), Kimberlyn (Christina Elmore), and Grace (Carla Gugino) as they embarked on a journey to cover the presidential election campaign.

In the last scene, the female journalists were grappling with many challenges that left them frustrated and disheartened about what to cover.

HBO Max officially premiered the first two episodes of ‘The Girls on the Bus’ on Thursday, March 14.

The Ultimate plan costs $19.99 per month or $199.99 for a 12-month subscription.
