'The Curse Of Oak Island' Season 7 Episode 14 Preview: Lagina's team continues to look for the 90-Foot Stone
For years, the Lagina brothers have been struggling to understand the Oak Island riddle, which has perplexed scholars for over two centuries. Since the 1700s, numerous groups of travelers have scoured the island in the hope of obtaining the fabled fortune that is said to be buried on the island off the shoreline of Nova Scotia. The show 'The Curse Of Oak Island' began in 2014 and has seen Marty and Rick Lagina uncover numerous artifacts from the island, even if it isn't the treasure.
The show is in its seventh season. In the previous episode 'Bromancing The Stones', the Oak Island team hit upon hard scientific evidence that the swamp on the island is man-made. They're convinced that the swamp contains numerous answers to their pressing questions. Episode 14 titled '99' will show the team continue digging around the swamp, and it will air on February 25, on History Channel at 9pm.
The team is also busy trying to figure out the location of the 90-Foot Stone, which they were convinced was buried at the Dartmouth Heritage Museum. Sadly, it wasn't to be found. In the preview for Episode 14, Rick said that they did their best to uncover their area, but could not find it. Yet, Rick is determined to continue with their search. The episode will also continue from the time Gary Drayton found a ship's spike, which they believe is from the 1700s and was used to build a wharf.
Hurricane Dorian had rained on the team's parade a while ago and had filled the swamp with water. After draining out the swamp again, the team noticed a stone formation and the geologist on the team said that there is no explanation on why the rocks would end up in that formation.
'The Curse Of Oak Island' will air on February 25, 9 pm, History Channel.
