‘The Bachelorette’: Clare-Dale romance headlines the show, fans say their love story is 'getting old'

ABC's 'The Bachelorette' is being questioned by the viewers for focusing way too much on Clare Crawley's relationship with Dale. Since Day 1, Clare hasn't had a second thought while singing praises to Dale. The current season has seen a lot unfold since its premiere, but the bachelorette wouldn't stop talking about the first day when she saw Dale get off the limo. 

Even in the October 27 episode, when Yosef and Clare get into a tiff after he slams her for her "immaturity" and characteristics that don't make her a perfect fit to be his daughter's mother, Dale soon jumps in to console a devastated Clare. She was also seen telling how smitten she is with Dale for everything he does, how he checks the boxes that no other man would ever notice. Clare goes on to cancel her date time with the suitors after what happened between her and Yosef, stating she was bumped out and invites them for an extended cocktail evening. 

However, just when Clare and the suitors gather, Dale presents a "speech" to excuse himself with the bachelorette. The suitors begin to wonder if they need to start a "search party" for Dale as he and Clare are canoodling each other in her private room. Even the other suitors have noted from the beginning how Clare and Dale feel about each other, which hasn't gone well with them. After witnessing the never-ending romance between Clare and Dale yet again in tonight's episode, fans took to Twitter to ask if the network is deliberately selling Clare and Dale's story for TRP reasons.

One tweeted, "Alright. She and Dale left. Just get to it #ABC. And the next Bachelor is... Clare turned #TheBachelorette into and immediate audition for the next #Bachelor. #ByeFelicia #WhoGotNext #ClareandDale" Another added, "ABC REALLY SELLING ME THE DALE AND CLARE LOVE STORY AND I AM BUYING EVERY SECOND OF IT I LOVE THEM" One tweeted, "ABC, can we chill with the Clare and Dale wordplay... it’s getting old #TheBachelorette"

'The Bachelorette' airs on Wednesdays on ABC at 8 pm ET.
