‘The Bachelor’: Will Sarah Trott return to the show? Fans believe Matt James will ‘convince’ her to come back
The focus shifted from “Queen” Victoria Larson in the January 18 episode of ‘The Bachelor’ as Sarah Trott got all the attention from Matt James. After fainting during the rose ceremony, she tells on camera that she isn’t able to see Matt get intimate with other suitresses as she has developed genuine feelings for him.
Sarah was further bogged down on not being invited on either of the group dates and seemed clearly upset when she watched the ladies read out their erotic fantasies to Matt. Unable to witness the growing proximity between Matt and the other suitresses during the group dates, Sarah takes the liberty to interrupt Katie Thurston’s date. This doesn’t sit well with Katie and others for obvious reasons as they begin to express that Sarah was stealing their time with Matt with her never-ending drama.
When the tension increases in the house, owing to Sarah’s behavior, she decides to stay in her room and not join others. However, this makes the situation worse as Matt goes to her room to console her and requests her to pull herself together as he “likes” her.
Sarah finally apologizes to the ladies for her behavior but her confrontation is met with bitter reactions. She later tells everyone that she doesn’t want to continue on the show as it’s only building her insecurities, mainly due to personal reasons. Before exiting the house, she goes to see Matt for one last time. However, Matt tries to convince her yet again to rethink her decision. Sarah chooses to leave nevertheless, but on the way back she says she really wants to be on the show and continue her journey with Matt, but she hasn’t been able to sort her emotions.
Sarah's exit has sure stirred a lot of reactions as a significant number of fans of 'The Bachelor' believe she will be back and it'll be Matt who'll convince her to come back. One tweeted, "This is not the last we see of Sarah. Matt looks so crushed, he's going to bring her back. #TheBachelor". Another wrote, "Sarah still gonna come back though after talking to Matt sooooo #TheBachelor". One fan tweeted, "*plot twist* Matt didn’t pick any girls or the girl he pick didn’t work out and he went back to Sarah at the end of all this #TheBachelor". Another social media user wrote, "Matt! Stop trying to convince Sarah to stay!!!! Let her put her family first! #TheBachelor".
