The teams moved on to the next destination on the December 2 episode of ‘The Amazing Race’ from India to Cambodia to follow the next series of adventures that's ahead of them. DeAngelo and Gary decided to give Eswar and Aparna the U-turn, the beard bros further confirmed it by burning the board and the brother and sister duo ended up getting eliminated.

Aparna was very angry at DeAngelo and Gary for choosing them for the U-turn since they were already running late. She felt they should have chosen the strongest link to delay them and Twitter users agreed. “That's why I don't like alliances on the show. Eswar & Aparna didn't deserve that. Burn the board? Why was that even an option?” wrote a viewer. Calling the strategy to delay the brother and sister dumb, another viewer wrote, “U-Turning the weakest team seems like an idiotic strategy to me....” Star of the show, Aparna Dhinakaran, actively tweeted after the episode release to express her frustration writing, “F**K YOU BEARD BROS AND NFL!”

According to Aparna it was a stupid move to pick her and her brother for the U-turn instead of picking an already strong team and she made herself heard during the ‘fill the mould’ challenge. As her brother was struggling to make the perfect tile, she decided to distract DeAngelo who was also struggling in the challenge by trying to guilt him for picking them for the U-turn.

The official handle of ‘The Amazing Race’ posted the brawl on Twitter captioning it, “Aparna is NOT letting this go.” The 26-year-old retweeted the post writing, “I told Eswar 'I’m gonna lay that pressure on @DeAngeloRB, you FOCUS'.” She further tweeted her choices for the U-turn chop, “100 percent would’ve Uturned Hung and Chee or Will and James!!”

After witnessing Aparna’s wrath on and off the show, DeAngelo must sleep at night with one eye open. When one viewer of the show wrote, “You've learned a lesson watch the example all the way thru before attempt the  challenge...” regarding the mould challenge, DeAngelo took to Twitter to reply to the viewer saying, “Yes I did I also learned not to piss @aparnadhinak off too lmao.” Posting a gif, DeAngelo tried to coax Aparna into forgiving him as he captioned his tweet, “So @aparnadhinak we cool,” to which Aparna responded saying, “Nah b***h!!”

Another viewer of the show wrote, “You hope the only team left racing for themselves instead of helping EVERYONE for no good strategic reason goes home? You must like boring TV,” which the Indian-origin beauty retweeted saying, “Forreal.” Another infuriated viewer wrote, “I'm sick and tired of yields and u turns on #theamazingrace just so disgusting and unfair how people use them ruining other people's chances at a million bucks. There's almost certainly never going to be another season, and after this year's cruelty, I need a breather.” Supporting the opinion another viewer wrote, “Eswar and Aparna didn't deserve that this is the dumbest season of #TheAmazingRace”.
