Teyana Taylor's Kanye-produced album 'K.T.S.E' is finally out: Stream
Teyana Taylor has unveiled her new album, 'K.T.S.E.' (Keep That Same Energy). The album is her sophomore full-length studio effort and arrives after a long four-year gap after her debut album, 2014's 'VII'. Apple Music and Spotify users can stream the album in full below.
Produced entirely by Kanye West, 'K.T.S.E' also marks the fifth and final album of his recent string of releases via his label G.O.O.D. Music. The previous four were Pusha-T's 'DAYTONA', Kanye's own 'ye', Kid Cudi's 'Kids See Ghosts' and Nas' 'Nasir'. Unlike the other four albums from Kanye’s "Wyoming Sessions," all of which featured seven tracks, 'K.T.S.E.' comes with one extra, making a total of eight. Kanye features on track four, titled 'Hurry'. Other contributors include 070 Shake and Mykki Blanco, who have co-writing credits on the closing track, 'Wtp'.
Teyana Taylor has a long history of collaboration with Kanye West. She sang on his 2010 LP 'My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy' and was featured on the 2010 single 'Christmas in Harlem.' In 2012, Taylor signed with West’s Def Jam imprint G.O.O.D. Music imprint and appeared on the label compilation 'Cruel Summer.' She released her debut album 'VII' in November 2014. In August 2015, Taylor released an EP called 'The Cassette Tape 1994'. The first track, 'Your Wish Is My Command,' was also co-produced by West. She also memorably starred in his music video for 'Fade'.
Beginning this August, Teyana Taylor will tour North America with Jeremih. Check out their full tour schedule below, as well as the album art for 'K.T.S.E'.
