'Temptation Island' Season 3 premieres on Tuesday, February 16, at 10 pm ET/PT on USA Network. Following this you can catch all-new episodes every Tuesday at 10 pm ET/PT on USA Network.
Plot
Set in Maui, Hawaii, four couples who have been in serious committed relationships test their relationships by exploring other relations. The couples are introduced to several singles who are known as "temptations". The couples then have to take a break from each other and explore their attraction to the temptations on the island.
At the end of their stay, each of them makes a decision on whether they want to leave with their original partner, their new-found love with the temptation on the island, or choose to leave as a single. The show is packed with a lot of drama to keep you hooked.
USA Network describes the show as, "'Temptation Island' follows four dating couples at a pivotal time in their relationship, where they must mutually decide if they are ready to commit to one another for the rest of their lives — or should go their separate ways. Together, the couples travel to the tropical paradise of Maui, Hawaii, where they join 24 eligible men and women. There, they live the "single life", in a test that is meant to help answer their most difficult questions about their relationship."
Cast
The four couples who will be appearing on the show are:
Kristen Ramos & Julian Allen
Kristen and Julian are highschool sweethearts, who have been together for 11 years. Despite being together for a little over a decade, the couple is still unable to take the next step in the relationship. Julian has cheated twice on Kristen in the past and has taken complete responsibility for it.
Although Kristen forgave him and took him back, it looks like she might have not completely gotten over it, while Julian is scared to propose to her because he is afraid that he might not hear what he is hoping to hear from her.
Chelsea Orcutt and Thomas Gipson
Chelsea and Thomas have been dating for a year after they were introduced to each other by a mutual friend. Although the couple seems to be happy together, Thomas's flirty and charming personality instantly throws off Chelsea whenever they are in a social situation.
Chelsea gets jealous, watching her beau be all flirty with other people. While Thomas feels that Chelsea should learn to live with his socially outgoing personality rather than trying to control him or getting jealous of it. So, the couple decided to come to the island to see if Chelsea can move past her insecurities.
Erica Washington and Kendal Kirkland
Erica and Kendal have been dating for a little over two years. Although Erica is convinced that Kendal is the man for her, he seems to still be harboring some doubts about her. Kendal, who is a successful entrepreneur wants a woman who can keep up with him both personally and professionally, and he isn't sure that his current girlfriend meets his standards.
Erin Smith and Corey Sobczyk
As a former pro-soccer player, Erin is used to dating athletes. So, when she began dating a concierge manager- Corey, she couldn't help but compare him to her previous partners. This ended up taking a toll on their relationship, as Corey began feeling insecure and underappreciated by his girlfriend. While Erin is afraid that she might be settling with Corey, so the couple is hoping to get some answers from their stint on 'Temptation Island'.
Apart from these four couples, there will be 24 singles too on the show who will be featuring as the temptations to the couples.
