Amber Portwood made headlines when news about her domestic violence incident came to light. The reality star was accused of verbally and physically abusing her ex-boyfriend, Andrew Glennon, who she also shares a son with. Ever since the incident came to light, a series of video and audio tapes painted Amber in a negative light.

While the star has not yet commented on the incident, fans got to see Amber's side of the story with 'Teen Mom OG' starting a new season. Luckily for Amber, the star was supported by the rest of the cast members as they also accompanied her to the court hearing.

However, MTV made it clear that they did not want viewers to hear only one side of the story. For this, they asked Andrew to join the show so people could hear his side of the story as well. Andrew has also been part of the show and it wouldn't have been a surprise if he had joined the cast.

In a bid to present both sides of the story, show producer Larry called Andrew. "We’ve been documenting stories a long time on this show and we've never ever only aired just a completely one-sided story. We just don't," he told Andrew.

However, Andrew did not seem keen on joining the cast. "When this stuff happens, and she honestly doesn't remember doing it. Or she just chooses to make it not exist anymore. It's not my job to get her mentally stable. I can't do it anymore," he said. However, he hinted that he would be ready to join the show if he was paid the same amount as the teen moms.

"I think before any filming goes on, if I'm going to be part of this show, it is not worth it unless like, I’m getting like the same pay as some of the other people on this show after the hell that I’ve been through," he said. The conversation then ended with the show revealing that Andrew won't be filming.

Looking at how Andrew decided to settle on getting more money had fans calling him greedy. "Oooooohhhhh????????? You’re still in HER HOUSE and have the unmitigated gall to demand the same pay as the girls??? So, Andrew is a greedy opportunist? Hmm," one wrote.

Another added, "So Andrew won't film without the same pay as the girls? *side eye* hmmm interesting," while another echoed, "So Andrew just said he will only film if he gets paid the same as everyone else?! He’s a shady character." It seems like his claim for money is making fans question him but only time will tell whose side are they on.

'Teen Mom OG' airs on Tuesdays at 8 pm ET on MTV.
