'Teen Mom OG' is coming back for another season and that means the viewers will get to see the original teen moms back in action again. While the viewers are happy about seeing most of the cast members, one person who they wish hadn't returned is Amber Portwood. Portwood recently found herself in a lot of trouble when her ex-boyfriend, Andrew Glennon accused her of domestic violence.

Since then, there were a series of other accusations that were put on her. One of them also included Portwood threatening to beat up Glennon while another video showed her getting violent. Ever since those videos surfaced, Portwood's image in the eyes of the viewers has fallen down.

However, it is not the same for MTV. In fact, the plot for her storyline in the upcoming season revolves around how Portwood managed to get back up after these accusations and arrest. Some of the viewers were left surprised as to why MTV would call Portwood back for another season as they believed that her behavior was not something that someone could look up to.

"MTV continues to condone this sociopath is disgusting, what kind of message is this sending exactly? That we approve of you assaulting your partner multiple times, and threatening to stab him and kill him? Hey no problem, we will continue paying you 300k a year," read one comment.

Another echoed similar thoughts and wrote, "Ugh, MTV enough already. You’ve done a disservice to these families. You enable and promote bad behavior for their storylines. They are grown women and the majority of them are seriously messed up. They aren’t teen moms anymore and making a six-figure salary is not the typical teen mom experience."

The comment continued, "I admit it was a guilty pleasure to watch this show but now its just a train wreck. I cringe when I see these people driving distracted and filming with children in the car. The domestic abuse both physical and emotional you turn a blind eye to is disgusting. Shame on you. All I can do is turn the channel and hope others outraged will do the same. I can only imagine the long term mental health issues these children will face."

It seems like people have started questioning MTV's stand over issues like domestic violence. Despite this, there is no doubt that the show will allow viewers to know Portwood's side of the story after everything played out.
