In the season finale of 'Teen Mom 2', the cast is getting together for one last time to talk about their journey in the show. Chelsea Houska decided to open up about her panic attacks and reflected that it wasn't a pleasant experience that she had to go through.  Chelsea recalled that the series of events that took place put her in a spot that made her feel more anxious than usual. "I have always been an anxious person and then the pregnancy and hormones, and then robbery and then I think finally my body was like giving up," she said.

The reality star also recalled that one time her friend was driving to the emergency room and all she could think was that she did not want her husband to move on if she died. She admitted that it sounds dramatic but insisted that those were the real emotions she was going through at that time.

Chelsea revealed that there came a point when she was fully convinced that something was wrong with her. She headed to the hospital to get several tests but they all did not yield the results like she was expecting. Unfortunately, it came to a point when she was having panic attacks everyday and she didn't want to be left alone with her children.

Chelsea feared that there might come a day when she drops dead without anyone knowing and her children would be left alone at home. Chelsea's husband, Cole admitted that things were getting hard for them but he knew the best he could do for both of them was to stick through everything that was happening.

Meanwhile, Chelsea revealed that she wants to share her story as much as she can because she does not want another person going through the same feelings as she did while suffering a panic attack.

'Teen Mom 2' airs on Tuesdays at 8 pm on MTV.
