Leah Messer gets emotional in the latest episode (October 20) of the show. The reality star had been worried about her daughter Ali's muscular dystrophy after she got hurt and was not able to walk properly. One of the most concerning things for Leah was finding out that Ali was in a lot of pain and finding it hard to walk. She recalled the doctors had informed her that after some time Ali's muscle movement would be affected. Fearing the worse, Leah could not control her emotions. Without hesitation, she decided to take Ali to a doctor. In the latest episode, her concerns grew more when Ali continued to complain about the pain.

Ali confessed it was hard to walk long distances. Hearing this Leah became emotional and she asked Ali to use her wheelchair in the school. Later, Leah opened up about her thoughts to her sister, Victoria. Leah admitted that she was finding it hard to accept that Ali's health might be deteriorating. She further revealed that Ali's x-ray did not show there was anything wrong. However, it was not her bones that she was worried about. Leah knew it was Ali's muscles that created problems for her and she was worried it might reach a point where she might just end up sitting in the wheelchair forever.

Leah told Victoria that she had been planning on asking Ali to be in the wheelchair moving forward. She was worried about another incident as a repeat of the last one could hurt Ali more. Keeping this in mind, she thought a wheelchair would be a good option. However, she felt concerned that Ali might not be up to this idea.

Fearing that she might say she doesn't want the wheelchair, Leah wondered how she would have a tough conversation with her daughter. Fans were quick to sympathize with her as one wrote, "It’s not easy being Leah and I commend her for always putting her girls first!" Another wrote, "Leah’s daughter is strong for her age and what she has to deal with. I’m rooting for her."

Another added, "I legit admire you kid, you give me hope. Leah is such a good mom," she said. While another thought it would be best for Leah to allow Ali to make the decision of using a wheelchair or not as the comment read, "Leah needs to not give her the option, she needs to make her use her wheelchair at all time."

'Teen Mom 2' airs on Tuesdays at 8 pm ET on MTV.
