'Swept Up By Christmas': Meet Lindy Booth, Justin Bruening and rest of the cast of Hallmark holiday film
Hallmark Movies and Mysteries is all set to make your holiday season even more exciting with their long list of Christmas movies. Now, the channel has announced the release of its latest film, 'Swept Up By Christmas'. Lindy Booth and Justin Bruening will be playing the lead roles in the film.
The official synopsis of the film reads, "An antique dealer and a cleaner clash when downsizing a magnificent estate before Christmas. As they uncover the home's treasures, they help reconnect the reclusive owner with his Christmas past."

Lindy Booth as Gwen
Born on April 2, 1979, Lindy Booth is known for playing the character of Riley Grant on the Disney Channel series 'The Famous Jett Jackson' (and Agent Hawk in the show-within-a-show Silverstone). She essayed the character of Claudia on Relic Hunter and A.J. Butterfield on the NBC series 'The Philanthropist'. She then played Cassandra Cillian on the TNT series 'The Librarians' (2014–2018). No stranger to Hallmark, Booth has also appeared in 'Under the Autumn Moon', 'Rocky Mountain Christmas', and 'Sound of Christmas', among others. She has appeared on the TV series 'Fairly Legal' and 'Republic of Doyle'. She played the character of Lana Turner in the 2001 ABC made for TV movie 'Life with Judy Garland: Me and My Shadows.'
Justin Bruening as Reed
Born on September 24, 1979, Justin Bruening is known for playing the character of Jamie Martin on the daytime drama 'All My Children', for which he won a Soap Opera Digest Award in 2005. In l2007, he played the role of Mike Traceur, the son of character Michael Knight, a new take on the original 'Knight Rider' series. In 2011, he portrayed the role of Tyler Berrett, on The CW series 'Ringer' starring Sarah Michelle Gellar. Since then, Bruening has been a fixture on television screens appearing on a wide variety of hit television series and MOWs. His most notable roles include stints on 'Good Behavior' (TNT), 'Switched at Birth' (ABCF), 'Ravenswood' (ABCF) and 'Hawaii Five-0' (CBS).
Joshua Cassidy as Mike
Born on November 15th, 1984, Joshua Cassidy was born with neuroblastoma, a non-congenital cancer which primarily affects children. The doctors told his parents that their child had a very less chance of survival. But with a combination of medicine, family prayer, and a will to live, Cassidy won miraculously. According to his official website, "In 2012, Cassidy won the prestigious Boston Marathon with an incredible performance, recording the World's Fastest time of 1:18:25. He has been recorded hitting a top end speed of over 80 km/h down the Tyne Tunnel in Newcastle UK. In a year, Cassidy has covered over 7500kms, equivalent of the width of Canada, coast to coast. He has been a Canadian Champion 28 times and is also the Canadian Record holder in the 5000m, 10000m, and Marathon."
The film will release on December 19 at 10 pm ET on Hallmark Movies.
