Woojin fans have backed the singer sharing clarifications on what happened as put forth by 10X Entertainment. A fan wrote, "For everyone wondering what’s going on: Kim Woojin has been proven innocent and he was framed by an anti-fan from Brazil. All the rumours including the “b/ulling” were fake as they were only created to defame Kim Woojin & the antis used the old ot9 videos to manipulate fans."

Earlier Kim Woojin also appeared in an Instagram live to have a heart to heart with fans where he expressed how difficult it was for him to tackle rumors and false sexual harassment allegations. He said, "It was true that it was very difficult when I first received rumor damage." and added, “I learned that it is not easy to clarify that it is not true." The statement from 10X Entertainment said,  "Based on communication records and various data, Kim Woo-jin did not visit the place on that date." In the course of an investigation by the Seoul Metropolitan Police Department and the legal representative, it was revealed that the disclosure was a false disclosure conducted by an anti-fan residing in Brazil by stealing photos of other ordinary people without permission.
