Mnet’s ‘Kingdom’ Episode 1: Stray Kids’ Han Ji-sung's expression over The Boyz' act make fans go crazy
Mnet’s ‘Kingdom’ is all ready to premiere on April 1 with their 2021 K-pop star-studded lineup including Stray Kids, Ateez, BTOB, iKon, SF9, and ‘Road to Kimgdom’ winner The Boyz. Hosted by TVXQ Changmin, Mnet’s 'Kingdom' will be a tight competition between the super popular K-pop groups for the ‘Kingdom Legendary war’ trophy. After the first teaser of Episode 1, here’s all to expect.
‘Kingdom’ has already hosted a special stage for the K-pop lineup along with introductory stages to introduce the concepts and other things about the K-pop groups. Fans have voted for their favorite idols and the first episode will reveal who got more than 3 million votes. As the teaser doesn’t mention it, fans suspect that the 3 million can be the total amount of votes as well.

Han Ji-sung went crazy over The Boyz's performance
The teaser of the first episode of 'Kingdom' shows Stray Kids’ Han Ji-sung being shocked witnessing The Boyz pulling off daring stunts on stage and the fans are here for Ji-sung's reactions always. Stray Kids fans say that Mnet videos will always have an iconic Han Ji-sung expression stating, "IT'S NOT A MNET VIDEO WITHOUT HAN JISUNG'S REACTIONS." Another said, "we’re getting an episode with this jisung on april fools day.... great prank mnet!" A fan quipped, "mnet should say thank you to stray kids, especially to jisung, for not making their show boring, his reactions are the best!" The episode also will see Ateez bringing literal fire to the stage and BTOB opting for white outfits, giving their all to the vocal-oriented performance. SF9 pulled of a stunning all-suits look for episode 1 while iKon teased a Hip-hop influenced dance stage. Stray Kids stage comes at the end with a number of stunts and BTOB rightly claims, 'Kingdom' is all about 'go big or go home.'
