LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'The Kardashians' star Kim Kardashian faced online criticism after sharing a workout video on her Instagram Story. Critics accused her of feigning effort during the workout, raising doubts about the authenticity of her exertion.

Some users suggested that her facial expressions seemed exaggerated and insincere, implying she wasn't genuinely putting in the effort.

In the video, Kardashian showcased step-ups, referring to them as "deadly" yet crucial. However, criticism emerged as viewers questioned the authenticity of her workout routine, despite her attempt to highlight challenging exercises like "standing cable abductions."

The internet voiced its opinions, claiming that Kim was embarrassing both herself and her trainer by sharing videos that were perceived as inauthentic or insincere.

Critics contended that the workout clips shared on social media appeared staged and lacked genuine effort, resulting in accusations of embarrassment for Kardashian and her trainer.

"I'd be so embarrassed to be her personal trainer saying 'awesome' in the background while Kim completely ignores all instruction. Can't be good for your professional reputation. I guess they just think of the money," added another. 

"All I see is ozempic and plastic surgery," said one.

Likewise, Kim faced criticism for losing 16 pounds in two weeks, clarifying that her achievement was through healthy means and not resorting to any unhealthy methods to fit into Marilyn Monroe's dress for the 2022 Met Gala.
