Heather and Brad Fox decide to help Sean and Teresa to find a house that would be their dream home. However, they also have the option of renovating the house they are currently living in. While Sean had his heart stuck on their house, Teresa was ready with her packed bags to move out and start all over again.

The pair looked into the first house and the second they lay their eyes on it, disappointment took over them. Sean and Teresa thought that the house was too small, and even though Heather and Brad told them about the renovation, the pair found it hard to imagine it as their dream home. This led them to look into the second house. This house was a contender as both of them loved the way it looked. Once they stepped inside it, they could see starting a life there. However, everything changed when Heather and Brad revealed that the house Sean and Teresa are currently staying in could be transformed into their dream home.

Sean felt happy and Teresa decided to give in with the hope that she could have everything she had wanted. Heather and Brad revealed they will be breaking the walls to make sure the house gets more space. At the same time, they wanted a nice family room to make sure the children have enough room to enjoy themselves. Brad thought they could make the room big enough to connect it to the backyard. This allowed the children to go out whenever they wanted. Meanwhile, Heather wanted to work in the kitchen area to make sure Teresa had everything she needed. Since Teresa loved baking, Heather made sure there was enough space in the kitchen and equipment that would help her do her work with ease.

While Heather and Brad thought they had everything in place, one thing they did not expect was exceeding the setback line that was finalized by the city. Sean wanted to have a garage space that would allow three cars. However, since Brad had to ensure they do not go past the city limit, he had to rework the garage and make it into a space fit for two cars. Despite this, Heather and Brad managed to complete the project on time and the end result shocked Sean and Teresa. The pair were excited to move on and loved the idea of having a new home feeling while staying in their old house.

'Should I Stay or Go' airs on Saturdays at 8 pm ET on HGTV.
