LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: The cast of Netflix's 'Selling Sunset' doesn't shy away from expressing their opinions, creating drama both on and off the show. Since its premiere in March 2019, this reality series has steadily grown in popularity.

It features Chrishell Stause, Christine Quinn, Heather Rae Young, Maya Vander, Mary Fitzgerald, Davina Potratz, and Amanza Smith as they sell luxury homes for Jason and Brett Oppenheim in Hollywood.

In August 2022, Christine bid farewell to the series before season 6. The following month, new cast members Bre Tiesi and Nicole Young were introduced for seasons 6 and 7, continuing the ongoing changes in the cast lineup.

Since then, the drama among the cast members of the show has spilled over beyond the screen. Let's revisit some of the major conflicts involving the 'Selling Sunset' cast.

Chelsea Lazkhani feuds with Bre Tiesi over connection with Nick Cannon

Chelsea harbored doubts about Bre when she first joined the Oppenheim Group in the sixth season, which premiered in May 2023. Throughout the episodes, Chelsea raised concerns about Bre's relationship with Nick and his unusual family dynamic as the father of 12 children.

"I find Nick Cannon and Bre's relationship rather off-putting. I just think we're fundamentally so different, you know, and ultimately, the way I live my life is very different to her as a Christian, so I don't know if we will ever be super, super close friends," Chelsea said in a confessional.

Chelsea attempted to explain her feelings of being triggered by the sight of several children in various households, but Bre shut down the conversation by stating that she had no interest in hearing any criticism.

"You're judging me based off of my man and based off of how he lives his life. ... This is my personal relationship and who I f--k and have children with is my business. I don't need a judge and jury. I don't need anyone's anything," Bre said.

Christine Quinn and Emma Hernan clash over mutual ex-boyfriend

Christine made no secret of her animosity towards Emma, who had recently rejoined the brokerage after taking time off to start a family.

The 'How to be a Boss Bitch' author openly accused her former boyfriend of being unfaithful to Emma, even going as far as to allege that Emma was engaged to him during their supposed affair.

The founder of Emma-Leigh & Co recounted an alternative version of the story, a narrative that resonated with the majority of the women at Oppenheim Group. The majority of Christine's colleagues, except for Vanessa Villela, sided with Emma by the end of Season 4.

After Season 5 wrapped, Christine decided to part ways with Oppenheim Group and the reality series. Emma alleged that Christine had offered a bribe to a shared client to prevent them from working with her, an accusation that Christine vehemently refuted.

Chrishell Stause and Christine Quinn's infamous feud was set up by producers

Since Chrishell first joined the Oppenheim Group in the inaugural season, Christine harbored suspicions about the seemingly two-faced nature of the ex-soap opera actress. Despite attempts to bury the hatchet and maintain a professional relationship, their interactions remained consistently tense and strained.

In a revealing interview on the 'Brandi Glanville Unfiltered' podcast in August 2020, Christine insinuated that the show's producers intentionally orchestrated conflicts between her and Chrishell, suggesting a deliberate effort to manufacture drama for the sake of entertainment.

The ongoing conflict between the two individuals persisted into the third season, with the rift between the former 'Dancing With the Stars' contestant and her ex-husband, a star of the hit show 'This Is Us,' becoming a central storyline.

As tensions escalated, Chrishell fired back after her colleague accused her of constantly portraying herself as a victim, asserting that she has overcome numerous challenges and is currently flourishing.

In a post on Instagram in August 2020, she expressed her anticipation for the day when her counterpart would reach a similar level of personal growth and put an end to their ongoing disagreements.

"I am a victor of many things and thriving. I can't wait for you to get there so you can stop with this nonsense," Chrishell wrote.

Davina Potratz and Jason Oppenheim fight over a $75 million listing

Despite facing resistance from her boss Jason, Davina decided to take on a $75 million listing from a prominent client in the second season of the show.

Jason was initially hesitant about pursuing the sale, as he believed it was overpriced and could potentially harm the brokerage's reputation if they were unable to close the deal. However, by the conclusion of the third season, Davina had yet to secure a buyer for the property.

In an exclusive interview with Us Weekly in August 2020, Davina acknowledged the challenges of finding a client of that caliber and expressed her belief that Jason and the other agents would recognize the value of having such a high-profile listing.

"It's very difficult to even find a client like that. So I think Jason appreciates that. And if you look at the big picture, I think all of the girls know that they would all love to have a client like that," she said.

In the fourth season, Davina decided to come back to the Oppenheim Group after patching things up with Jason.

Amanza Smith and Heather Rae Young lock horns over relationship advice

When Heather decided to go public with her relationship with Tarek El Moussa, Amanza, who is also a mother, felt compelled to offer some friendly advice.  The real estate agent expressed her concern about the speed at which Heather introduced Tarek to her kids, prompting a swift response from Heather in season 2 of the show.

"It is going to work out. We are very serious," Heather responded confidently. She went on to say, "We are going to move in together, and we are moving forward with everything. I'm glad that you are worried about my boyfriend's children."

Eventually, the duo appeared to mend their relationship in the third season when they were required to collaborate on a renovation job.
