'Real Housewives of Orange County': Will Shannon Beador be able to tide over Season 15 as the last 'amiga'
In a recent interview, 'Real Housewives of Orange County' star Shannon Beador shared that she was "nervous" about filming Season 15 of the show without her dear friends — Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Judge.
Vicki, Tamra, and Shannon dubbed themselves as the "tres amigas" on the show and were always seen together.
In January, Tamra and Vicki announced that they wouldn't be returning for Season 15 of 'RHOC', which leaves only Shannon as the last standing member of the famed trio.
Anyone who has watched the show would know that Shannon always relied on Vicki and Tamra on the show for nearly everything. In fact, Kelly Dodd even accused Tamra of being the puppet master, who controlled and manipulated Shannon.
The previous season saw Shannon lock horns with Kelly after she revealed that Tamra spoke to her about Shannon, and even commented on Shannon’s weight (weight has always been a touchy topic for Shannon).
Shannon refused to believe Kelly and instead sided with her "tres amigas" and during the reunion, we saw a war of sorts between tres amigas and Kelly. The trio kept coming at Kelly, while she just sat there cool as a cucumber throwing shade at them whenever they tried to rile her up.
Considering her storyline has always been so intricately tied up to Vicki and Tamra in the past, it will be very interesting to see how the housewife will do without them.
Shannon’s only ally in the upcoming season would be Gina Kirschenheiter, with who she shared a rocky relationship with in the past, before bonding over divorce struggles.
Shannon and Kelly didn’t end Season 14 on a good note, and the returning housewives Emily Simpson, Braunwyn Wyndham-Burke share a very close relationship with Kelly. It would be a smart move for Shannon to get herself in Kelly's good books instead of picking a fight with her since she doesn’t have her amigas to back her up.
Fans too are curious to see Shannon without Tamra and Vicki's constant presence around her.
A fan tweeted, "No more tres amigas!!!!! Is Shannon gonna depart too? I'm actually curious to see Shannon navigate the group without tweedle dee and tweedle dum. She has always been more enjoyable when she's not with either of them #RHOC."
Another fan wrote, "I think it’s a good thing Tamra and Vicki have left #RHOC it won’t be the same old tricks and arguments will be interesting to see Shannon without them you know how she is with new people. Will she be forced to makeup with Kelly and Emily? Will she turn on Gina?"
