'SEAL Team' Season 3 Episode 8 Preview: Ray takes over as Bravo 1 but will Jason recover after his hip surgery?

The Navy SEALs are going through a tough time with their personal turmoils taking a toll on their lives. Master Chief Jason Hayes is down with an injury and it is giving him sleepless nights as he wants nothing more than to get back to duty. Both the physiologist and his doctor have advised him to take a break and let his wounds heal. Episode seven ended on a suspenseful note as Jason had a panic attack after looking at the paperwork for his hip surgery.

The next episode titled 'Danger Calling' may shed light on his recovery and he may open up to a few team members about his PTSD issues. In the last episode, he also asked Mandy to accompany him on a road trip. If she says yes, it might really help him and may even bring the two as a couple on the show.

In a 20-second promo, Sonny tells Jason: "I've never seen any situation that you have not been able to fight your way out of. You gotta face this head off. Show up. Beat the odds like you always do." Jason is seen undergoing the surgery as Sonny's voice plays in the background. "We need you to get back to the fight."

A little motivation never hurts anyone and it might only bring Jason up to his knees, don't you think so? Fans want to see Jason back in full form and this surgery may be a stepping stone to healing his wounds, both internal and external.

Titled 'Danger Calling', episode eight might also bring a few role reversals as Ray will take over as Bravo 1 in Jason's absence. No one can replace Jason but someone has to save the day in his absence. After his share of highs and lows, it seems Ray is ready to take leadership and might show what he's worth. The summary of the episode reads: "While Jason is sidelined with an injury, Ray takes over as Bravo 1 and leads the team on a mission to rescue a marine pilot who was shot down in enemy territory."

What's more, the new mission might spell danger for the Bravo Team. Episode eight will air on CBS next Wednesday, November 27.
