SDCC 2019: Hulu releases 'Veronica Mars' reboot a week in advance, all 8 episodes now available

Surprise! You can now binge-watch Hulu's 'Veronica Mars' season 4 - a week earlier than it was scheduled for release. Hulu made the announcement at the 'Veronica Mars' panel at San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) 2019 Friday and all eight episodes will now be available, a week before the planned premiere date of July 26.

With Kristen Bell, Jason Dohring and Enrico Colantoni among other original cast members set to return for the reboot, there is a lot of excitement for the show from fans who loved the earlier series. Percy Daggs III, Francis Capra, Ken Marino, Max Greenfield, Ryan Hansen, Richard Starzyk and Daran Norris also reprise their roles this season which is set many years after season 3.

Veronica takes over her father's detective business in the fictional town of Neptune, California, after which she begins to investigate a bombing at their high school reunion. The official Hulu Twitter handle shared, "Yep, you heard that right. We launched #VeronicaMars season 4 A WEEK EARLY. Happy bingeing, Marshmallows. And happy birthday @IMKristenBell."

She then heard from the moderator of the panel that Hulu had, in fact, premiered all the episodes, which will be available for fans to live stream. 

Bell, earlier in the panel, was asked how long she would play the role of Veronica Mars and said, "I’ll play Veronica until everybody in Neptune is dead," showcasing her love for one of the first main characters she played on TV. From a teenage detective to an adult who grew up to be a complex character 'Veronica Mars' season 4 has a lot to look forward to!
