'Say Yes To The Dress': A wicked princess or blush beauty? Ashlee struggles to choose her wedding dress
Ashlee Feldman has a larger than life personality and she is looking for a dress that fits just that. Being the first woman in Boston to have her radio show, Ashlee was aware that a lot of eyes would be on her when it came to her wedding day. That being said, she did not want to disappoint her family or fans and wanted to settle for a dress that made her beautiful.
In the latest episode(August 8), Ashlee arrived at Kleinfeld with the hope of finding a dress that would make her say yes. However, she had her heart set on a dress that she had tried in Boston, before coming on the show. Keeping her budget to $5,000, Ashlee was looking for a dress that was sexy, had long sleeves and one that made her feel like Cinderella.
Ashlee was ready to try on the different dresses that Kleinfeld had to offer her. The first dress that she tried was disliked by her friends and family members. They were quick to add that a ballgown was not something that Ashlee should wear.
Taking their advice, she decided to try something out of the ordinary. Ashlee put on a dress with a thigh-high slit and she thought it could be the showstopper. However, as she went out to show off the dress, she realized that someone might think she is heading to a strip club and not her wedding.
After facing another rejection, Ashlee finally found a dress that made her heart skip a beat. It was a blush color beauty that made her feel like the true princess she is. While the veil completed the look and made her look beautiful, Ashlee struggled to make up her mind as she remembered the dress she had seen in Boston.
Unlike the blush dress, the one she chose in Boston gave a more wicked princess vibe. With a cape attached to the gown, Ashlee was convinced that it was the look she wanted at her wedding. She decided to bid Kleinfeld goodbye and remain true to her Boston spirits by choosing a dress that belonged to the place.
'Say Yes To The Dress' airs on Saturdays at 8 pm ET on TLC.
