'Rock The Block' winner: Jasmine Roth triumphs after her house gets highest appraised value

After four weeks of hard labor, one home renovator walked away as the winner of HGTV's 'Rock The Block'.

After four weeks of hard labor, one home renovator walked away as the winner of HGTV's 'Rock The Block' on Monday night.  Leanne Ford, Alison Victoria, Mina Starsiak, and Jasmine Roth all battled it out in trying to increase the value of identical homes by renovating them.

Finally, the one contestant who walked away as the winner with her house having the highest appraised value of $1,020,000 was Jasmine. It was a close win for Jasmine, as Mina was behind her with the second-highest appraised house with just a $15,000 difference between her and Jasmine.

Even though Leanne and Alison won a week each when the season premiered, they stood no chance with Jasmine's appraised value. Her home had the family appeal that the buyers would be looking for, especially for that particular area. The other stand out in her house was the way she did her entrance and the addition of a pool in the backyard. Her house also had killer style as the judges mentioned. Jasmine also turned one of the bedrooms into a nursery making it perfect for a new addition to the family.

The second standout in Jasmine's house is the secret door she had that lead to a secret office space. Perfect for some alone time. Overall Jasmine turned her 3-bed, 2.5-bath house into a 4-bed, 3.5 bath home.

This has definitely been the best year for Jasmine, as the series revealed that apart from winning 'Rock the Block', she and her husband are expecting their first child. Though most fans speculated that Jasmine might not win, and doesn't stand a chance, she definitely proved them wrong. But now, after taking a look at her entire house reveal when the show aired with its finale, fans couldn't help but congratulate the home renovator on her much deserved win.

Taking to Twitter, fans shared their love for the winning home renovator saying, "Jasmine won and I’m still happy! She deserved! #rocktheblock."

"I'm SCREAMING!!!!! Congratulations, @Jasmine! You've got over a million dollar house on your hands! On a street named after you! #LiveTweetCrew #RocktheBlock," wrote a fan. While another said, "YAAAAYYYYY, GO JASMINE, GO JASMINE! Congratulations! #rocktheblock #TeamJasmine."

"I get it! Jasmine def played it smart & had good design throughout #RocktheBlock," shared a fan. Adding to that another fan said, "Wow, I did not see that coming! Congrats Jasmine. #RocktheBlock."

"Yay Jasmine!! So humble so authentic so cool!! #rocktheblock@hgtv," raved a fan. While another said, "Congrats to @TheJasmineRoth and Team Jasmine! #rocktheblock."

The winner of 'Rock The Block' doesn't only walk away with bragging rights, she also got a street named after her.
